Sony Pictures Entertainment, the film production arm of the Sony conglomerate, registered a batch of domains playing off „console war movie“ through brand protection company MarkMonitor. Sony Computer Entertainment, the company’s gaming branch, has no fingerprints on the registrations, suggesting this to be a full-tilt movie endeavor rather than a marketing plan for the next PlayStation, as Fusible ponders.
